PROJECT OVERVIEW
We re-built the existing deck, covered it in composite, and added an apron around the perimeter. Once completed, we framed out the room on top and tied it into the existing roof.
For the interior, we did a natural wood beadboard ceiling and an enclosed screened-in porch. We then added a vinyl ceiling with lighting on the front of the porch for grilling. Everything was done to meet the HOA specifications.
